H.M.E.H. the Prince an Grand Master, Fra' Andrew Bertie, received in audienee on 8th February the members of the Magistral Tribunals for the inauguration of the Order's Legal Year. The Presiding Judge of the Magistral Court of Appeal, Prof. Cesare Maria Moschetti, replying to the Grand Master's speech, gave an annual report on the activities of the Order's magistrates. The audience opened with an address by the State Attorney, Prof. Francesco Gazzoni.
